An 8-1/2″ x 11″ glossy magazine, Open Minds Quarterly is published four times a year, in Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. In each 28-page issue you can expect to find poetry, fiction, first-person accounts and reviews, not to mention the winning poems of the Annual Brain Storm Poetry Contests. And if you’re curious about our writers, you can turn to the About the Authors pages to learn more about them. Through the cover artwork on each issue, you will also meet some of the artists working down the hall from the Open Minds office, in NISA’s Artist’s Loft.
Open Minds Quarterly is issued four times a year, in January/February, May/June, August and October/November. Your subscription begins with the first available issue.
Open Minds Quarterly is published by NISA/Northern Initiative for Social Action, a charitable organization developed and run by people with lived experience of mental illness. Your subscription to Open Minds Quarterly supports the employment and occupation of peers in mental health who want to make a difference in the world.
