On June 20, 2015 Open Minds Quarterly attended the second edition of Wordstock Sudbury Literary Festival. It was two thriving days of readings, workshops, panel discussions, performances and more! While there, we pulled out one of our favorite activities — our magnetic poetry set! Surrounded by Sudbury’s literary community, we held a contest to see who could write the best magnetic-word poem. Seven people took up the challenge and now we need you to vote! Please consider which poem you felt most connected to, which was the most well-written, or the most creative. The winner will have their poem published in the Fall 2015 issue of Open Minds and will receive a copy of the issue. Voting closes on August 31, 2015.
